Top 5 Food and Drink iOS Apps in Malta Q2 2023

During the second quarter of 2023, the top Food and Drink apps on iOS in Malta saw varied performance in terms of weekly downloads and active users. Here are the key insights based on Sensor Tower data.

Bolt Food experienced a relatively steady number of weekly downloads throughout the quarter. Starting at around 342 downloads in late March, the app saw a minor dip in April but maintained an average of about 270 downloads per week. The downloads peaked at 317 in the first week of June and ended the quarter with 309 weekly downloads.

Wolt Delivery: Food and more showed a similar trend, with weekly downloads starting at 469 in late March. Although there was a decline in April, the app recovered slightly, ending the quarter with approximately 275 downloads per week. The downloads peaked twice at 281 during early June.

McDonald’s - Non-US saw a gradual increase in weekly downloads over the quarter. Starting at 113 downloads in late March, the app experienced a peak of 179 downloads in mid-June and closed the quarter with 177 weekly downloads.

Uber Eats: Food Delivery had a more fluctuating performance. The app started with 74 downloads in late March and saw a peak of 104 downloads in early April. Despite some dips in May, the app ended Q2 with a modest increase, reaching 86 downloads in the last week of June.

Burger King® Malta had a consistent performance with minor fluctuations. Weekly downloads ranged from 29 to 62, with a notable increase to 59 downloads in mid-May and again in mid-June.
